Sports Rules

  1. Football. Main
    1. All predictions are placed in accordance with our game rules and terms and conditions.
    2. All quotes points are subject to fluctuation (due to changes in probabilities) and predictions placed will be settled at the points at the time the start of the pool.
    3. Dates and kick-off times of matches shown on our website and Prediction Slips are for guidance purposes only
    4. Settlement will occur with minimal time delay (as much as possible), based on the feed from our service providers.
In the event of a dispute, settlement will be determined using data published immediately after the final whistle by the following sources and in order of priority 1) league/association official website 2) www.whoscored.com, 3) www.fbref.com. If data is not available from these sources or if there is significant evidence that the data is incorrect, predictions will be settled based upon such reputable alternative information sources which are available to us.
Adjustments to settlement will not be made for any changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event.
    5. The terms match Score and match Result mean the outcome of the match in normal time played. This includes any injury/stoppage time added on by the match official at the end of normal time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.
  2. Football. Forfeit (Technical defeat)
    1. Forfeit (technical defeat) is a method in which a match automatically ends, and the forfeiting team loses.
Forms of confiscation (although not exclusively): the team cannot (or refuses) to meet the basic standards of the game, either before it starts or as a result of actions that take place during the match; the team is found to have violated the rules of the sanctioning authority during the won match; fan riots; renouncement of one of the teams to start or continue the match; unsatisfactory condition of the lawn / stadium, violation of anti-epidemic protocols etc.
The service counts points only for the backup prediction (Result). In this case, points for the Score are not awarded in the pool.
  3. Postponed Matches
    1. A postponement is deemed to be where a match isn't played on the day it's scheduled.
A postponed match can occur for a variety of reasons (though not exclusively); inclement weather and conditions, security/policing, power failures, crowd trouble etc.
If a fixture is rescheduled at the point of postponement and kicks off within 48 hours of original kick off time, then predictions will stand.
  4. Abandoned Matches
    1. An abandonment is deemed to be where a match has been unable to play to completion and play halted, and not played out to conclusion on the same day.
An abandoned match can occur for a variety of reasons (though not exclusively); inclement weather and conditions, security/policing, power failures, crowd trouble etc.
A match that's interrupted (e.g., inclement weather), but then plays to a conclusion on the same day won't count as an abandonment and predictions will be settled on the outcome at the end of the match.
If a fixture is rescheduled at the point of postponement and kicks off within 48 hours of original kick off time, then predictions will stand.
  5. Obvious Odds/Points or Terms Errors
    1. We do all that we can to avoid errors, however we cannot accept responsibility for obvious errors, also referred to as palpable errors, or omissions in respect of the announcing, publishing or marking of Odds/Points, handicaps, or results that occur despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy.
In the event that we make an obvious error, which occurs when the odds/terms offered are materially different from that available in the world market and/or are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring, we reserve the right to amend that error and settle predictions at the correct odds/terms available when the prediction was struck.

Game Rules

  1. Main Summary
    1. Players prediction on the Score (Main pick) and identical Result (Backup pick) of multiple events (Line) which are pre-selected by PoolUp (System Pool, Section 8) or by Player (Private Pool, Section 9) and decided over a set pool start time.
The start of the Pool is determined by the time / date of the start of the first pool event (Start / End Pool, Section 11).
When filling the Line, Players place a single prediction only on the Score (Main pick), the prediction on the identical Result (Backup pick) is automatic (ex. prediction on Score "1:0" implies identical Result "Win 1"). Players have the option to combine a single prediction with two Scores – (Combo Prediction, Section 4). The player has the opportunity to change the rate in any event until the start of the pool, after the start of the pool, changes in rates are not possible. Until the start of the Pool, the predictions of the Players (Opponents in the pool) are not available for display; immediately after the Start of the Pool, all predictions of the Players are available for display on the Inside Pool page of this Pool.
For correctly guessed outcomes, the Player is awarded Points. Points Quotes are determined from the probability of a particular outcome (Points, Section 3). The probability of a particular outcome is determined by the analytical department of the PoolUp Service (quotes are also checked on the global market). In case of significant changes in the initial quotes of probabilities before the start of the Pool (for example, injury of the leading player, etc.), the Service will make the appropriate changes to the quotes of Points on the Prediction Page. Previous quotes for all previously placed predictions on such an event will be automatically changed according to the new quotes (the Player will receive a corresponding message, the prediction can be changed before the start of the Pool). After the start of the Pool, the Points quotes for all events remain unchanged.
Points are awarded according to the following priority:
      • if the Score is guessed correctly, then only points are counted for the Main prediction;
      • if the Score is not guessed, but Result is guessed correctly, then the points are counted only for the Sub-prediction (points for the Main and Sub-predictions are not summed up);
      • if the Score is not guessed and the Result is not guessed, the points are not counted.
To check the player's gaming performance and compare the indicator with other Players, the PoolUp service calculates the Performance Rate (Section 21) for all registered Players.
In each pool, a competition is held according to the number of points scored by each Line of Players (each line plays separately):
      • in each separate line the points scored for correctly guessed outcomes are summed up;
      • the winner (winners) of the pool is determined by the standings, the distribution of places in which is carried out according to the total amount of points scored (the more points, the higher the place in the standings of the pool).
    2. The PoolUp service offers players two options for the game:
      1. To create Private Pools (Section 9) - selection of events, the number of events, Pool rules are determined by the Player (Pool manager, Section 2), then the Service generates a unique Private Pool page and sends the Player a unique hyperlink to this page. Then the Player (Pool manager) sends a hyperlink (as an invite) to other players (for example, friends, colleagues) with whom he wants to play. Players who have received a hyperlink go to the Private Pool page, where all the necessary information is available: a list of events, line cost, Pool rules, a list of already joined Players. Further, in order to join the Pool, you need to place a prediction on all mandatory events.
      2. To join System Pools (Section 8) - selection of events, number of events, Pool rules are determined by the Service. The selection of opponents (player lines) into the pools is carried out by a systemic algorithm. The player himself determines the number of opponents in the System Pool by choosing the appropriate Format Pool (Section 16) on the Pool Panel page.
The player has the opportunity to play several lines in one pool (determined according to the Format Pool rules, each line scores points separately, the points scored by separate lines are not summed up),
The player has the ability to play the same line (s) in several Pools (Multiply and/or copy Prediction Slip, Section 20).
The pool game can be played either in one stage (Rule Tour, Section 6) or in several stages (Rule PlayOff, Section 7).
In the game Service PoolUp, a game for virtual coins (Virtual Coins, Section 13) is used, the Player himself determines the cost of the line (Price Line, Section 14) from the options offered on the Pool Panel page. To check the financial performance of the Player and compare the indicator with other Players, the PoolUp service calculates the ROI (Section 22) in System Pools games for all registered Players.
  2. Pool manager
    1. The term "Pool manager" refers to the creator of the pool.
Displayed on the "Inside Pool" page in the line "Pool Info"
Pool manager for System Pools - "Service"
Pool manager for System Pools - "Login" of the Player who created this Private Pool.
  3. Points
    1. Quotation of Points is determined from the probability of a particular outcome occurring. The PoolUp service always monitors world quotes, offering Players only a proven and optimal choice.
    2. The probability of a particular outcome is determined by the analytical department of the PoolUp Service (quotes are also checked on the global market). In the event of a significant change in the initial quotes of the probabilities of the event outcomes before the start of the Pool (for example, injury to the leading player, etc.), the Service will make the appropriate changes to the Points data on the Prediction Page display. All previously placed predictions on such an event will be automatically changed according to the new data (the Player will receive a corresponding message, the prediction can be changed before the start of the Pool). After the start of the Pool, the Points quotes of all events remain unchanged. Explanation: The player does not need to "catch" a more profitable quote, the final quotes for points for all outcomes will be the same for all Pool Players, regardless of the time the coupon is accepted.

Points are counted according to the following priority: 1. if the Score is guessed correctly, then only points are counted for the Main prediction 2. If the Score is not guessed, but Result is guessed correctly, then the points are counted only for the Sub-prediction (points for the Main and Sub-predictions are not summed up) 3. if the Score is not guessed and the Result is not guessed, the points are not counted.

Points Quotes for Main Pick (Score):

The total probability of all possible outcomes of the event is 100% (minor deviations are possible due to rounding of numbers).

The formula for calculating the points for the Main Pick (Score):

Points = 100% (Probability of all Scores) / probability of the picked "Score" %

Example Points for Main Pick "Score ":
Main Pick "Score "1:0" (probability 16%)
      calculation: Points for Main Pick "Score "1:0" = 100% / 16% = 6,25 points.

Points Quotes for Backup Pick (Result):

When calculating points for the Backup pick, the probability of the Main Pick outcome is subtracted from the total probability of all possible outcomes. The number of points for the Backup Pick depends on the Main Pick, i.e. the number dynamically changes depending on the choice of the Player, the greater the probability of Main Pick, the less points the Backup pick gets. The initial Prediction Page display (before the Player makes the Main Pick) displays the base quotes of the Backup Pick. After the Player makes the Main Pick, the new Backup Pick quotes will be displayed in Prediction Slip.

Formula for calculating points for Backup Pick (Result):

      Points = (100% - Probability Main Pick "Score" %) / probability identical "Result" %

Example Points for Backup Pick "Result":
Main Pick "Score "1:0" (probability 16%), identical Result "Win 1" (probability 40%, base quote 2.5 points)
calculation: Points for Backup Pick "Result "Win 1" = (100%-16%)/40% = 2.1 points (end quote for Prediction Slip).

  4. Combo Prediction
    1. Players have the opportunity to combine a prediction with two Scores (in this case, the prediction is considered single, i.e. one line is taken into account). If the event can end with three Results (ex. Win1 or DrawX or Win2), then the combination can contain two Scores from any two Results (ex. Combo Pick Scores "1: 0 v 0: 0", Result "Win1 v DrawX"). In such a case, the probabilities of the selected Scores are summed up to determine the Points quote for the Combo prediction.
    2. The formula for calculating the points for the Combo Main Pick (Score):

      Points = 100% (Probability of all Scores) / (probability "Score 1" % + probability "Score 2" %)

Example Points for Main Pick Combo Prediction:
Combined "Score "1:0" (probability 16%, base quote 6.25 points) + "Score "0:0" (probability 15%, base quote 6.7 points)
calculation: Points for Main Pick Combo Prediction "Scores "1:0 v 0:0" = 100%/(16%+15%) = 3.23 points (end quote for Prediction Slip).

The formula for calculating the points for the Combo Backup Pick (Result):

      Points = (100% - probability "Score 1" % - probability "Score 2" %) / (probabilities identical "Result1" % + "Result2" %)

Example Points for Backup Pick Combo Prediction:

      • Combined "Score "1:0" (probability 16%) + "Score "0:0" (probability 15%)
      • Identical Result "Win 1"(probability 40%, base quote 2.5 points)
      • Identical Result "Draw X" (probability 25%, base quote 4.0 points)
      • Main Pick Combo Prediction "Scores "1:0 v 0:0"
Calculation: Points for Combo Backup Pick "Result "Win1 v Draw X" = (100%-16%-15%)/(40%+25%) = 1.06 points (end quote for Prediction Slip).

  5. Score "Other Win 1" / "Other Draw" / "Other Win 2"
    1. "Other Win 1" / "Other Win 2" covers the team winning by any score other than the ones specifically listed (for Win1: 3-2, 4-1, 5-3 etc. or for Win2: 2-3, 1-4, 3-5 etc.).
"Other Draw" covers all draws other than 0-0 and 1-1 (that is 2-2, 3-3 and upwards).
When forming a special field of outcomes Score, all unlikely outcomes (the probability of which is less than 2.5%) are combined into Scores "Other ...". For example, if a clear favorite is playing against a clear outsider, the specifically listed Scores for outsider will be abbreviated, only "0: 1", "1: 2", "0: 2" (possibly), "Other Win ... "
  6. Tour Rules
    1. The competition is held in one round. All lines remain in play until the final of the pool.
For System Pools, the event set can only include Upcoming Events (quote Points available) (Section 23).
For a Private Pool, the set of events may include Upcoming Events and Distant Events (quote Points / Odds not available yet) (Section 23, Section 24).
  7. Rule PlayOff
    1. The competition is held in several rounds.
After the completion of each round (after the completion of the last event of the round), 50% of the lines (approximately) with the lowest number of points are eliminated from the pool (from Players with dropped lines, predictions on the events of the next rounds are not accepted). To determine the number of lines remaining in the game, the rule of rounding up to whole values is applied.
Before the start of each next round, all previously accumulated points are reset to zero (a separate competition is held in each round).
The maximum number of rounds in a pool is 3 (including the final round).
The number of points scored in the Final Round determines the final standings of the Pool.
For system pools, the number of rounds and the filling of rounds with events is performed by the system administrator. For private pools, the number of rounds and the filling of rounds with events is performed by the player - the pool manager (at the stage of creating a private pool).
The minimum number of competing lines in each round is 2 (regardless of the number of lines in the previous round, at least two lines with the most points will get into the next round).
The minimum number of events in each round is 2.
In case of equality of points for the lines that are located in the standings on the threshold of 50% (the threshold of leaving the pool), all lines with the same number of points in the given range of places of the standings remain in the game (go to the next round).
The set and number of events for each round is formed at the stage of creating the Pool (changing the set of events is impossible).
The minimum time between the end of the last event of the previous round and the beginning of the first event of the next round is 24 hours (all players must have a comfortable period of time to prediction on the events of the next round).
All points scored in any round in which the Player took part are taken into account in the Performance Rate.
For Private Pools and System Pools, the event set may include Upcoming Events and Distant Events (Section 23, Section 24).
  8. System pool
    1. The set of the events, the number of events and the Pool rules are determined by the Service. The selection of opponents (player lines) into the pools is carried out by a systemic algorithm.
The service does everything possible to make the game as fun as possible for all players in the pool. The system algorithm is tuned to use a combination of two algorithms: an algorithm for matching player lines and a random matching algorithm.
  9. Private pool
    1. The set of events, line cost and pool rules are determined by the Pool manager.
One Player can create no more than 10 simultaneously active Private Pools (active pool - which has not ended yet).
Private Pool can include Upcoming Events and Distant Events. As soon as the quotes for Distant Events Points are determined, all Pool Players will receive a corresponding message about the need to place a prediction.
Events can be selected without restrictions on sports, countries, championships (any events available on the service).
The maximum number of events in the Private Pool is 99.
The private pool will be activated only after the pool manager places a prediction on all mandatory events.
After creating a Private pool, the service creates a unique pool page (Inside pool) and a unique hyperlink to this page. Next, the Service sends a hyperlink to the pool manager (the hyperlink is also available on the My active pools - Inside pool page). The pool manager forwards the hyperlink to other players (friends, colleagues, etc.) with whom he wants to play. If necessary, the pool manager has the ability to change the hyperlink on the Inside pool page, in which case the previous one will be deactivated.
Anyone who has a hyperlink and is registered on the service can join this private pool. Players who have received a hyperlink go to the Private Pool page, where all the necessary information is available: a list of events, line cost, Pool rules, a list of already joined Players. The responsibility for storing and distributing the hyperlink lies with the pool manager and the players who received it. Prize fund of the Private Pool: total number of lines in the pool * cost of one line.
The minimum number of Players in one Private Pool is 2. If no other player except the pool manager joins the private pool, then this pool will be deleted at the moment the pool starts (Section 11).
  10. Join Private Pool
    1. To join a private pool, a player must follow the hyperlink to the page of this Private Pool (Inside pool) and place a Join with Prediction on all mandatory events.
The line cost, pool rules, Pool manager are indicated on the Inside pool page in the Pool Info line.
The list of events and the currently joined Players are indicated on the Inside pool page in the Pool Table.
The number of players participating in private pools is unlimited.
The maximum number of lines in one Prediction Slip is 1.
The maximum total number of Prediction Slips in one private pool is 99.
After the total number of Prediction Slips reaches the maximum, it is not possible to join the private pool.
  11. Pool start / Pool end
    1. The start of the pool is determined by the date / time of the start of the first event in the pool.
    2. The end of the pool is determined by the end time of the last (by date / time) event in the pool.
  12. Deadline for accepting predictions
    1. Predictions (lines) are accepted only before the start of the Pool. After the start of the Pool, accepting predictions (lines) to the pool register stops, the function of changing the rates for all events in the pool is deactivated regardless of the start date / time of all events (exception Distant Events).
  13. Virtual Coin
    1. Predictions on the PoolUp service are accepted in virtual coins. The main principle of our game is not to increase your excitement, but to offer to use different tactics and strategies of the game, while checking your effectiveness, to play wisely, make adequate predictions and properly manage your account.
Virtual coins are credited to the personal account of all Players after registration, it is also possible to replenish as needed (but with certain limits). On the PoolUp service, virtual coins cannot be bought or sold for real money, and they are not equivalent to anything. However, thanks to this tool, the service has the ability to calculate the ROI of each player, which is also useful information for the Player himself.
2 All Players, after registration, automatically receive 300 coins to their personal account. If the balance of coins on the personal account has become less than 100 coins, the button "top up an account" will appear on the Player's Panel, after pressing which the Account will be replenished with another 100 coins. Account replenishment is possible no more than once within 7 days.
  14. Price Line
    1. The player chooses the line value in virtual coins from the options offered on the Service. Only lines with the same cost are accepted into one pool.
  15. Prize
    1. The prize fund is equal to the product of the total number of lines in the pool by the cost of one line
  16. Format Pool (System Pool)
    1. Player chooses Pool Format on the Pool Panel page. Lines with the same Format compete in one pool.
The number of coupons per player is unlimited for any Pool Format.
The minimum number of players in any Pool Format is two. The system controller will distribute coupons from one player to different Pools, it is impossible to play against yourself.
    2. The following is the information regarding:

      • The number of competing lines in the Pool Format,
      • The maximum number of lines from one player in one coupon,
      • Distribution of prizes according to the selected Pool Format:

X2 - two lines, max. one line from one player, 1st place gets 100% of the total prize pool

X3 - three lines, maximum two lines from one player, 1st place gets 100% of the total prize pool

X5 - five lines, maximum four lines from one player, 1st place gets 100% of the total prize pool

X6 - ten lines, maximum five lines from one player, 1st place 60% of the total prize pool, 2nd place 30%, 3rd place 10%

      X50 Polygon - from 21 to 50 lines, maximum five lines from one player, 1st place 50%, 2nd place 25%, 3rd place 13%, 4th place 7%, 5th place 5%

If the total number of lines in the register of the format is not a multiple of the Pool Format (for example, for the X5 format, the total number of lines in the register must be a multiple of 5), then the last registered player lines can be moved to another Format, but not more than one level (for example from X5 to X3). The number of lines moved will be minimal, only required to maintain the multiplicity. This rule is necessary to maintain the efficiency of the Service algorithms for the correct formation of pools and the preservation of all coupons of the Players in the game.

If from one Player the number of registered coupons in one format is greater than the total number of pools created in this format, then the extra coupons (the latest in time of registration) from this Player will be canceled with the return of the virtual coins to the balance (since the game against oneself in one pool is not possible).

  17. Format Pool (Private Pool)
    1. Format Private Pool is automatically determined by the System Controller depending on the number of Prediction Slips / Lines connected to this Private Pool through a unique hyperlink.
The cost of the line is the same for everyone (specified in the Pool Info).
Information about the current number of connected lines is available to all Private Pool players on the Inside Pool (Pool Table) page.
The minimum number of players / coupons in a Private Pool game is two.
The maximum number of players / coupons in a Private Pool game is 99.
  18. Pool JackPot
    1. The system controller will create a single register and accept all JackPot coupons into it. The line cost is the same for all lines (specified in the JackPot rules).
The number of players / coupons in the JackPot game is unlimited.
The number of competing lines is not less than 100, if the number of lines accepted into the JackPot pool is less than 100, the pool will be held according to the rules of the Pool Formats (Section 16), depending on the number of lines accepted.
The maximum number of lines from one player in one coupon is 10.
      Distribution of prizes:
      • the number of prizes is approximately 10% of the total number of lines (i.e.the minimum number of prizes is 10).
      • prize places are divided into two prize categories:
1st category (stable) - places 1-10 (regardless of the number of lines) - 30% of the prize fund, the distribution is strictly fixed.
2nd category (dynamic) - places from 1st to the last prize - 70% of the prize fund, according to the distribution formula in descending order, starting from 1st place.
The exact distribution of the prize fund depends on the number of accepted lines, the final distribution is available to all players of the JackPot pool on the Inside Pool (Pol Info) page immediately after the start of the pool (after the lines are accepted to the pool).
  19. Prediction Slip
    1. Coupon 1 gives the Player the right to participate in one pool (the same pool format, the same line cost). The coupon contains at least one prediction line on all required events. The maximum number of lines in one coupon according to the Format Pool regulations (Section 16) Each Prediction Slip is assigned a unique identifier.
    2. Prediction Slip total cost is equal to the product of the total number of lines in the coupon by the cost of the line.
  20. Multiply and copy Prediction Slip
    1. The player has the ability to copy and multiply Prediction Slip to play in other pools (eg in other formats or with a different line cost, or in the same format or in the same line cost). At the same time, in each new pool, the Player will have different opponents (with different lines and, accordingly, with different predictions on the pool events).
If from one Player the number of registered coupons in one format is greater than the total number of pools created in this format, then the extra coupons (the latest in time of registration) from this Player will be canceled with the return of virtual coins to the balance (since the game against oneself in one pool is not possible).
  21. Performance Rate
    1. The PoolUp Service calculates the Performance Rate to objectively assess the gaming performance of each Player and compare the Rate with other Service Players.
    2. To ensure maximum objectivity of the Performance Rate, only unique rates for each individual event are taken into account. All identical predictions (regardless of how many coupons with this event were played) will be ignored.

When calculating the Performance Rate, only Net (unique) rates for each event are taken into account, and the Net of points accumulated at such a rate, that is if the Player made only one prediction for one event (for example, MCI-MUN match) (for example, "1: 0"), then regardless of how many coupons with this prediction are played, the Service will count one Net event, one Net prediction and Net the number of points scored. If the Player makes a "1: 0" prediction in several coupons and a "2: 0" prediction in several other coupons (or uses these predictions to play with several lines in one coupon), then two predictions, one event will be taken into account when calculating the Performance Rate, the sum of the accumulated points is only for two separate predictions.

Performance Rate Formula: Net Total Points / Net Total Predictions

The Performance Rate is displayed on the Player panel after logging into your account. Together with the numerical value of the Performance Rate, the number of recorded Net events is indicated, the greater the number of recorded events, the more accurate the indicator and the higher the Player's experience.

  22. ROI
    1. The PoolUp service calculates ROI to objectively assess the financial performance of each Player and compare the ROI with other Service Players.
For objectivity, when calculating ROI, all coupons played only in System Pools are taken into account (coupons played in Private Pools are not taken into account). When calculating ROI, coupons (and coins spent on them) that participate in active unfinished Pools are not taken into account.
    2. ROI formula:
      ROI = ((gross income * / gross costs) - 1) * 100%
      * gross incom = prize + gross costs

      Example:
The Player's gross income for a certain number of games was 110 coins, and the Player's gross costs for these games was 100 coins,
      ROI = ((110/100) -1) * 100% = + 10% (i.e. investment income 10%)

ROI is displayed on the Player panel after logging into your account. Together with the numerical value of ROI, the number of events taken into account is indicated, the more the number of events taken into account, the more accurate the indicator and the higher the Player's experience.

  23. Upcoming Events (Points available)
    1. Events that will take place in the near future (1-7 days), Points / Odds quotes are determined and significant changes in quotes are unlikely, but not excluded.
  24. Distant Events (Points/Odds not available yet)
    1. Distant Events include:
      • events that will take place in a distant time (7 days or more), the Points / Odds quotes are not defined, or significant changes in quotes are possible;
      • events in which teams / participants have not yet been determined (for example, at the PlayOff World Cup stage), Points / Odds quotes have not been determined.
    2. Acceptance of predictions on Distant Events.
As soon as the Points / Odds quotes are determined, the system administrator will add values to the Prediction Page of this event as soon as possible. After that, all Players who have this event in the active Pool will receive an appropriate message about the need to place a prediction (My event calendar or Inside Pool, Add Prediction).
If the Player for some reason does not have time to place a prediction before the start of this event, then at the start of the event (or the start of the Pool / Round of PlayOff) the Service will place an automatic prediction, an automatic prediction will be placed on one of the Scores on the Result in favor of the favorite (in random order), so the prediction will remain in play in any case.
  25. Removing events from the Pool
    1. The event is officially canceled
    2. The Event is officially postponed for an indefinite period, information about the date / time of the beginning of the postponed Event is unknown within 48 hours from the date / time of the beginning of the last (by date) Event in the pool.
    3. The Event is officially postponed, the date / time of the beginning of the postponed Event is determined for a period of more than 96 hours from the start date of the last (by date) Event in the pool.
  26. Postponed Events
    1. The event is officially postponed, the date / time of the beginning of the postponed Event is determined less than 96 hours from the start date of the last (by date) event in the pool, then the Event will be restored in the Pool with a new start date / time. If a fixture is rescheduled at the point of postponement and kicks off within 48 hours of original kick off time, then predictions will stand. If a fixture is rescheduled at the point of postponement and kicks off later 48 hours of original kick off time, then all predictions will be settled as void. After the system administrator of the Service adds new quotes for Points on the outcomes of Events, Users will receive a separate message about the need to place a new prediction on this event.
  27. Removing a Pool
    1. If more than 50% of the events in the Pool are removed, the Pool is removed. The points scored for the played Events are counted in the Performance Rate. Predictions placed on this Pool are returned to the gaming account of all Players (prizes are not determined). The removed pool is not counted in ROI. The removed pool (and its events) is not displayed on the Player's personal statistics page.
  28. Postponed Pool
    1. Not provided.
  29. User claims
    1. You must contact Customer Services and tell us as soon as reasonably practicable if you become aware of any Error relating to our services.
User claims based on the pool results (Scores, Results, Points, calculate pools Table, determination of places (prizes) in the Table, etc.) are accepted within 48 hours after the end of the last event in the pool by date and time.
User claims must be precise and concise in content and, if necessary, supplemented with links from the official sources of information.
After the expiration of this period, claims will not be accepted.
  30. Correction of technical errors
    1. The correction of technical errors (Scores, Results, Points, calculate pools Table, determination of places (prizes) in the Table etc.) is performed within 48 hours after the end of the last Pool event by date and time. After the expiration of this period, the results of the pool are not changed.
